Shipping Info
Orders shipped UPS ground are charged $7.00. (This excludes custom and wholesale orders.) In stock items from our bakery may take up to 3-5 business days to process before shipping. We will contact you within 24hrs if an item is not in stock.
To reduce on paper consumption, we re-use shipping boxes as much as possible. If you prefer not to get a previously used shipping box with your order, just send us an e-mail at customerservice@dukeanddutch.com immediately after placing your order. Please include your order number.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns of edible products. If you have any issues or concerns with the order you received, please contact us at customerservice@dukeanddutch.com. If the dog your purchasing for has any known food allergies or specific tastes, please read over our complete list of ingredients before placing an order.
For returns of non-edible food items, you may return the product(s) for store credit or exchange only. Please contact our customer service department before sending back any merchandise and we will give you the proper return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
